Bush interprets the Constitution in a manner he was ordered not to by the 9th amendment, as he construed to deny and idparage others of what they held was retained as certain...things like Life...Liberty...a pursuit of happiness in a safe and p-lanned manner...property, such as the intellectual property the 5th and 14th amendments guarentee us.
Sad thing is Bush is not the only one, as Oboma is just as bad...and maybe even a bit worse...since he was elected on a platform that he was of African descent... and he doesn't even kinow the meaning of the words Congress or where the words came from...where the courts came from...where he's from...as no one from Earth has proof that money is required, but that the requirements usi8ng money creates...is enough reason never to use money.
