Support grows for Mormons who embrace gay rights »

The Committee for Reconciliation, made up of current and former members of the Mormon Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), is gathering signatures for a petition that pleads with church leadership to change its policies and practices related to gay rights.
The petition will be presented to church leaders on the first anniversary of the passage of Prop 8 in November.
