But it will include a "certainty provision" requiring states to recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states.

I would truly love to see the day when the states that nixed marriage equality must accept gay marriages as legally binding. Certainly, it is easy for straight couples to move from state to state and not wonder whether they are legally married. Why should it be so tough for gay couples to do the same?
