State officials in Hawaii said they have confirmed that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen, and therefore meets a key constitutional requirement for being president.

Being born on American soil is only part of the requirements of being a NATURAL born citizen. To define NBC you must go back to the writings of the founding fathers of the constitution who wrote the NBC clause and the CLEAR result if you take the time to research the issue is YOU have to be BORN on American soil TO 2 AMERICAN citizen parents! Our forefathers included a exclusion in the constitution for themselves since almost no one was a NBC at that time. (the exclusion was for those living at the time the constitution was written and the exclusion is directly written into the CONSTITUTION. The need for the release of his BC. is NOT just for where he was born, but other relevant info that proves weather or not he is a NBC. Today release of info does nothing in the way of proof.

Also Phip Berg a LIFE LONG Democrat was the first to file suit regarding Obama's NBC status his website is www.obamacrimes.com. Phil original case is STILL alive contrary to much published misinformation. It was to the Supreme Cort for a cert to try and speed up the process but the shortcut was denied not the case. To this date none of the cases have been heard on their MERITS. ALL have faced STIFF legal challenges to PREVENT discovery (Discovery =The Facts or Merits of the case)

And we would all agree...just being alive is subject to the jurisdiction thereof, and we all upon Earth could choose to be or not to be a citizen and not have people crying "We can not afford it." Do YOU have your original birth certificate? NO! Nobody does. It stays with the state. You MAY NOT HAVE IT. THEY WON'T GIVE IT TO YOU. They give you a 'certified copy'. WHY won't they give you the original? Because some day you may desperately need it to prove who you are and if YOU have it, you might lose it, it might burn up in a fire, etc. etc. etc. The state is doing you a great service by hanging on to it for you!

What is so telling is that many Republicans in Congress refuse to disown the Birthers and their ludicrous claims. If they want to be linked to the Birthers, it will come back and bite them in the future. I'm sure others like me are keeping tract of these Birther supporters and will be happy to bring it up during their election campaigns for 2010.

have you ever seen a delayed certificate of birth??????? have you??????????? i HAVE ONE and its not a sham like his!!!! mine has a judges sig. state seal, dr that delivered me with his signature, the state librarians name that looked up the documents, oh yea and the usual mother father names where i was born etc etc.............. makes his the one time they showed it look like a pink slip i would love to put mine side by side with his............ then try to say his is real!!!!

The reason your's has all those additional bells and whistles is because it is a delayed certificate of birth, meaning you weren't born in a hospital or birthing center (Obama was born at Kapiolani Hospital). Therefore additional documentation was necessary. I also highly doubt you have your original delayed birth certificate, as all such original records are kept by the state's department of health.
