As you know, several states have passed bills declaring their sovereign right to regulate in-state-only commerce, particularly where it concerns firearms. The gist of it is, “If the gun is made in our state and is sold and remains in our state, the transaction is exempt from federal firearms regulations.” Tennessee is one such state.
