One thing is clear...if one lives in a depressing environment, liken the one that is continuously felt within the US...then you will suffer some degree of depression...probably why so many veterans are moving to Mexico and elsewhere!

The initiative taken for the concern is very serious and needs an attention of everyone. This is the concern which exists in the society and needs to be eliminated from the society as soon as possible.
