As I said, nothing to see. Here's the link for you if you don't believe...

      http://www.cars.gov

If you're that paranoid, use someone else's computer. Go to the library. See for yourself. That is, unless you like nutters making up your mind for you.

ACTA -> Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. WTF does that have to do with what would essentially be an EULA at http://www.cars.gov if it existed?

What's wrong, afraid to check it out for yourself? Afraid that if you go to the library and check it on one of their computers, that computer will get infected with the Evil Gubment? Go ahead. Try it. Or, let a mormon nutter make up your mind for you. It's really your choice.

I thought so. You've already let a mormon nutter make up your mind for you. It's a lot easier than checking things out and thinking for yourself. Thanks for playing along.

Why can't you just answer the question? Am I correct in my assumtion that since you are attacking me you are not capable of answering the question?

Your question is irrelevant to the topic at hand. You just can't admit that a mormon nutter is doing your thinking for you. It's painfully obvious.

Besides, if you would learn to read, you would see that ACTA has nothing to do with cars.gov. Now, had you asked if I had seen cars.gov, I would tell you that has already been answered.

I never said ACTA has anything to do with cars.gov. And again, why wont you answer the question? And who is the morman nutter you keep referring to?

Here, http://www.propeller.com/story/2009/08/01/just-a-r... you tie together cars.gov and ACTA. A little bit below that you ask if I have read the entire ACTA document. Since the ACTA has not been finalized, is scheduled for more negotiations later this year, and is mostly being kept secret, I would have to say, no, I have not read the entire ACTA document, since one does not publicly exist. Stupid question. Again, WTF does that have to do with cars.gov and/or the C4C program?

As for the mormon nutter, try and figure that one out for yourself. I'll give you a hint - he's the one that was ranting on Faux News about the cars.gov website. An admitted mormon. An obvious paranoid nutter.

You tell me. After reading the cars.gov tou and knowing that acta allows the feds to search your pc without a warrant why wouldn't you think that they need to be looked at together?

How about showing me this alleged TOU. As I said above, it has been debunked. Care to debunk the debunking? Or are you just trolling?

                          Try this:
                          http://www.google.com/search?hl=en=off=firefox-a=o...

It's a search of cars.gov for the term "federal computer system". Any results?

And we don't know for certain that the ACTA will allow the feds to search your PC without a warrant. The ACTA has not been finalized, nor has it been released publicly as far as I know. If you have an actual copy of ACTA that you would like to share, I would be more than happy to read it.

Actually, NSLs allow the FBI to search your computer and anything else it wants without a warrant. Were you against these as well?

If the above link doesn't work, go to google, type "federal computer system" site:cars.gov into the search.
