I checked online for a fish that lives 8 years...a sea-cat...anyway...you can dig a hole...and catch rain water...and in places like New York...you'd wonder why even in LA they have not dug a hole to catch water...then put fish in it...plus... the ocean can be pumped inland...and we benefit...imagine a man-made reed sea.

Yeah. Why stop with the destruction we cause with overfishing and dumping garbage into the sea. Let's cut huge channels into the land so that we can grow even more polluted fish and put a million McMansions around the edge of this man-created inlet.
