I don't know whether they can't separate truth from fiction or whether they just don't care.
But in answer to the question of whether they have someone cranking out talking points for them: well, yes, they do. They're called The Lewin Group.

Everything that the dems say is misleading. This bill is not about reforming health care. It is a power grab by those in power. Anyone who thinks that this is truly about improving health care in this country is being foolish.

I guess that it is easy to sound vague when you are attempting to describe the Liar in Chief's attempt to convince the country at his "press conference" that this would be a good thing. It seems that most of the dems pushing this onto us are being vague. In my opinion, the legislation that the democrat leadership in Washington is trying to force into law would be a "useless contribution".
