TCHO, one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate companies in the U.S., was founded in 2005 by Timothy Childs, a former Space Shuttle technologist and co-founder of Cabaret Chocolates, and Karl Bittong, a chocolate industry veteran with years of experience building chocolate factories.
