Sonia Sotomayor became the Supreme Court\'s newest justice Saturday, pledging during a brief ceremony at the high court to defend the Constitution and administer impartial justice.

    We'll see if she interprets the law using the same language we use, as it is what we have to go by...English. No-one else there in Washington has grasped that yet...they seem caught up in some plane leading no-where, and forever!

    The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

      Is this the same woman Judge that ruled to deny a group of fire fighters their Promotion on the grounds that their was no Latino's in the group???

      Really now, should Documented Racists be allowed to serve on the High Court?
