Trying to stop or slow change is like peeing into the wind. In 1900 there weren't any airplanes. Some may contend that horses are better than cars, but most of us (thankfully) realize that the rate of change is increasing exponentially and there's nothing we can do to stop it - why would we want to? The vote is about all we have, vote out all these crooked politicians taking money from corporations who have been feeding off of what's left of the middle class. Those fools shouting at town hall meetings denigrate the democratic process and show just how 'dummied down' they've become - choosing to maintain the status kuo while they're being ravaged - insane

      We need three things:

      Tort reform
      Term Limits
      Outlaw lobbyist

Our political system has gotten out of wack again, we should never have the same party controlling the House, Senate and White House.

Under Clinton and majority Dems we got a massive tax increases.
Under Bush and majority Reps we got war.
Under Obama and majority Dems we are getting a major socialist program.

You know what happens after Socialism don't you. If not go back and read some history.

Some change I can do without.

Have you been to one of those Town Hall meetings? Btw, did you see the clips of the union thugs beating up the guy in St Louis?

So it's your contention that the people who are protesting Obama Health Care are fools and the only reason they are protesting is they are against change? Get this Bozo, these people don't want the government running their health status quo or not. These folks also know, among other things, that for any reform of health care to work there must be tort reform and a cap on medical liability. Where is that in any of these bills?

Btw, I think they will be voting these politicians out of office. lol
