At the end of WWII, Nazis were rounded up and executed, and otherwise driven from power. To this very day if a 97-year-old crippled Nazi is found to still be alive he will be hounded and prosecuted until his dying day.

Now let's look at what happened to the Communists after the fall of the Soviet entity. They simply put on another hat and ran for political office! They continue to hold positions of power in Europe a "socialists" or even still as outright Communists as in Moldova, where they just lost power after an extended period of time (let's not even mention how they exterted violence against political protesters).

So, now we have this Soviet, err, excuse me, Russian sub just on the border of the 200 mile international limit. Russia is active in Venezuela, where Chavez is expropriating (a fancy term for "legalized theft") privately-owned businesses. Russia is active in Iran, who is threatening our closest ally Israel. And we have a Marxist in the White House who has already expropriated privately-owned businesses and wants to implement a massive socialist boondoggle for the nation.

Seems that not only did the Cold War never end, but we are on the losing side.

"a marxist in the white house" Please explain how you come to that conclusion. It could as easily be said, without a shred of evidence of course, that you are a fascist. I must also say that in my opinion you would not recognise "socialism" if you fell over it. What are your experiences of living under socialism? I look forward to your reply.

What does your 3rd paragraph mean? It is not readily understandable.
