The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights says some little-noticed provisions in the House health care bill are racially discriminatory, and it intends to seek revisions in sections related to contracts, scholarships and grants.

      I'll know when they are not racially disparaging, when they do not poll or ask what your race is...as it has no bearing on governing.
