SEIU Challenges Radical-Fringe to Participate in a Civil Dialogue about Health Care Reform »
Posted By bubba2 6 months ago in Political NewsWe [SEIU] challenge everyone attending public meetings about health insurance reform to sign a pledge that they are prepared to engage in a civil dialogue so that the American people can better understand how reform, and the absence of such reform, will affect their lives.
We are convinced that such a serious and civil discourse - tied to facts, not myths - will substantially increase the public's support for reform.

This is a red herring issue. In almost all of the meetings they have started civally and were civil during the question and answer part of the discussion until it became obvious that the politician was refusing to think about what they were telling the politician. At that point they became angry. The meeting in Tampa for example was a by invitation only and the first fight broke out when the Union and ACORN people prevented those who had lined up outside the hall from going in after the invited ones who had been allowed in. They ried closing the doors and a fight broke out. They were successful in closing the doors. That left a lot of angry DEMOCRATS standing outside. While inside were the faithful DEMOCRATS who also got angry with their representative.

SO ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THE RADICAL FRINGE DEMOCRATS WHO ARE JUST AS UP IN ARMS ABOUT THIS DEFICIT SPENDING AND UNWANTED HEALTH CARE TAKEOVER BY THE GOVERNMENT?
Spadecaller is a hypocrite since he was so against the Bush deficit bu is silent about the Obama deficit that spent more in less than 6 months than Bush did in 8 years. The last two with a Democrat congress. -

What is it that YOU would have to "hide" regarding the pledge, IF you actually signed it (which I am sure you would NOT)?
How many forms have you filled in on the internet - regardless of what the info is for - where your zip code was requested? Just because it may not be "going" anywhere doesn't mean anything. Once you type it in, it is data that IS captured whether you 'sent' it anywhere or not.
So get OVER that cr*p. You sure didn't care when the Bush administration was listening to YOUR phone calls and reading YOUR emails.

You are that angry at the angry Democrats that are doing this. The Tampa meeting was a good Democrat by invitation only and it was in the news for angry people. The first anger was when the ACORN and Union people shut the door in the face of a lot of people including a majority of Democrats that wanted in. There were still seats available at that point. A very angry Democrat reported this. She said that the ACORN and Union people were wearing identification on them as to what they were. Community organizers creating a problem. What else is new.
