Posted By Kuznets 4 months ago in FamilyHe was prosecuted under section33(1)(g) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and after peading guilty jailed for 84 days. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) said that fortunately in this case no one had died or become ill as a result of the work carried out but such blatant disregard for the law will not be ignored by the HSE.
