Israel has been chosen to head the "Eureka initiative," a pan-European, initiative that supports European innovation and sees investments of 1.5 billion euros every year. Eureka's main objectives are to foster R&D joint ventures between corporations, with financial support matched by representative countries.

    Cool..now when Israel proves you can live without money...then we all have done something! That's the true R initiative.

        Explain why the Jews being such a small percent of the population have sop many Noble winners among them. For a while in the US all of the top chess players were Jewish. They seem to excel at the sciences.
