    Not to mention that these living will provisions have been in effect for more than 20 years and was championed by... Republicans!
    The new legislation just suggest that these counseling sessions would be covered by the government health care insurance. So, by virtue of being covered by insurance they suddenly turn into "death panels" - I'm sure it would be a fascination psychological study of the mind that all of a sudden comes to that conclusion.
