All this is starting to backfire on the G.O.P....they seemed to have run out of steam on the so called issues.Palin has hurt the Republicans and may of the Republican insiders have bailed on the issues all in all they did not think this out.Looks like Republican (0) Democrats (+1) when it comes down to he said she said they said!

That euphemistic turn of phrase amounts to nothing more than a "battle of the liars". Rather than score Dems vs Pubs, try tallying truth vs lies. It's truth = ZERO all the way around, regardless of party.
Actually this issue is helping the "Republicans", not hurting them. The problem is it's helping the wrong subspecies of republicans; it's helping the bizarre and hideous amalgam of warmongering, authoritarian, Central State worshipping ghouls that a huge portion of the republican party has morphed into over recent decades, and is doing nothing to promote the views of the Libertarian, peace-supporting and Civil Liberty-defending faction of the party that rightly lays claim to the REAL Republican legacy. Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin and Limbaugh get the mass-reproduced soundbites, while Ron Paul gets little if any.
And as for the Democrats, they are a lost cause. Inveterate liars, hypocrites and thieves, from Nancy Pelosi on down to the propeller-head kool-aid drinkers here on this forum. Out of such, tyranny is born. You think republican authoritarianism is bad? Wait 'til you see the democrats have a go at it...

Get with it. Redneck stereotypes are the only safe ground left when it comes to humor. Now that everyone has become such a damn sissy when it comes to someone making fun of their race, religion, sexual orientation, or political party. Partly because humor, like music, has been raped nearly to death in America, but mostly because we rednecks know ourselves better and don't really give a sh!t what the snobbish elite think of us.
