The readers digest condensed version is that after more than a month of waiting, being told i had to produce a $250 down payment from the county attorney, on July 28, 2009. The mental gymnastics they put me through for more than a month were unbelievable. These folks have no idea what the phrase, Public Servant means.
And now that I have the data, I am not allowed to address the County Commissioner to point out issues and ask questions.
