Probably the sickest story of that year. Interesting how humans raised in a certain environment can devolve into animals. Because there is no other way to describe these defendants. There will be no justice in this case, no eye for an eye. No way that the perpetrators will suffer as did their victims. Some call the death penalty barbaric (and it is still in place in Tennessee) but a lethal injection is far too humane for these scumbags.

This isn't a case about race, class or any other issue. It is about the de-evolution of specific members of the human species.

  I agree the crimes were horrific. Although a hate crime would be redundant. I think these crimes qualify.

    A "hate crime" is far too simplistic a term for what occured here. Barbarism, savagery? There is no sufficient description!

My husband and I have 6 kids ranging in ages 31 to 15. Our oldest is a girl and she's a preacher, our oldest son is an an abusive drug addicted wife beater. The other 2 are in college and the twins are in high school. Thet were raised in the same home,with both parents, went to the same church, same school, there was no violence, drinking or drug abuse in our home. As parents we do our best to give our children all the tools they need to be good upstanding citizens. Yet, there's always those few kid's that just turn out rotten. Vor your right race has nothing to do with it, all races are becoming so desencitized.

  I always reverse the situation to determine if a crime should be called a hate crime. For example, if this situation were reversed would this crime be called a hate crime. There should be no double-standard.
