I notice on my myself that this connection does exist. Unfortunately, I´m a perfectionist and a person, who worries much and panics easily. I am suffering from migraine and from time to time from reflux and a pain in my stomache. I am sure that persons with a more stable mental constitution have a lower disposition for psychosomatic health problems and even for cancer. Naturally, nobody can really change his or her personality, but we can try to look on our lives with a positive attitude of hope and smile or laugh at least once a day. That´s not only good for our health, but also for the people we live and work with!
