H. R. 3200 To provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans and reduce the growth in health care spending, and for other purposes. »

It is disgraceful that a bill like this is even presented to the American people before it has been thoroughly studied by members of Congress.
Various agencies would be "interpreting" the bill and preparing rules and regulations.
If someone here can find the protections for those in need of medical care, please tell us.
Also page 170 appears to say that anyone living in the United States would be included included in any government medical coverage.

IRONIC ISN'T!!!
Let me get this straight.
Obama's health care plan will be written by a committee whose head says he doesn't understand it,
passed by a Congress that hasn't read it,
signed by a president who smokes,
funded by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes,
overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and
financed by a country that is nearly broke.
What could possibly go wrong?
If they can't do the job, fire them all! -

One of Obamas main selling points he pushes is that you can keep the doctor you already have. From P.58, lines 5-13;

"(D) enable the real time (or near real time) determination of an individuals financial responsibility at the point of service, and to the extent possible, prior to service, including whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility, which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan identification card;
So if your credit is not up to par, you end up going to a cheaper clinic instead of the doctor you already have? No one on here has brought this point up before. I just happen to run across it, kinda jumped off the page at me.
