Labor certification is the most common employment-based method of applying for US Permanent residency.It is the first step in obtaining a green card.
PERM i.e Program Electronic Review Management is a filing system that became effective following the Reduction in Recruitment(RIR) filing procedure.
An I-140 petition is an immigrant worker petition.Once the labor certification application is certified, it provides the basis for the company to move to the second stage of the process and file an I-140 immigration petition with US Citizenship and Immigration service
