P.p.s.:
"...taking a working program out of private hands and IMPROVING it, is wishful at best, psychotic at worst." A "working" program? Working for whom? It's obviously not working for the millions of Americans who are without insurance or underinsured. Nor those who think they are insured, but find out that, "whoops, sorry" they aren't when they have to undergo major treatment, thus leaving them bankrupt or worse. "Working" program? You use that word, but I don't think you know what that word means.
