What on earth has plastic surgery to do with general family health care?
Besides being a strawman attack on the opposition, clearly from a lack of actual intelligent points to make.

Ummm, could be that both fall under the big umbrella of 'health care', both require physicians, both require the bill somehow be paid. What straw man attack?

Ummm, could be that face lifts wouldn't fall under the big umbrella of "health care" - so you wouldn't have to foot the bill... unless you had the facelift yourself, of course.
        That straw man attack.

If one doesn't place surgical procedures under the umbrella of "health care", where do you think they should be placed? Perhaps under the umbrella of ATF? Under the umbrella of DEA? Under the umbrella of house cleaning? Of course it falls under the umbrella of "health care"! Granted, it may not be covered, but that doesn't remove it from "health care".
