Opponents of the 2007 law claim it is overly intrusive and could turn thousands of good parents into criminals.

I don't believe in hitting any child. I have to say I haven't seen a child yet that doesn't need their bottom warmed up from time to time. My parents spanked me and I'm glad they did because if they hadn't I would have turned out like most kids today. Kids today are rude, mean, hateful, have NO respect for anyone or anything, and they act like little monsters who haven't had any training AT ALL. So have a heart and spank your kid when they really need it. It WILL make them a better person.
