Posted By Ciera-Marie 3 months ago in NewsMINNEAPOLIS - Federal prosecutors say a West Virginia man has been indicted for allegedly mailing explosives to a Minnesota resident.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Minneapolis said Friday that Mark Steven Anderson was charged this week with one count of mailing an injurious article.
Anderson faces a similar charge in West Virginia.
