Well, I don't want some officer of the law to stick a needle in me.

Having been a drunk driver in my distant past, I can sympathise with the officers and victims of the drunk drivers.
But I do not see where sticking someone with a needle is going to prevent a drunk from driving.
Drunks drive because they are mentally impaired from the alcohol, we have to prevent the drunks from driving drunk in the first place.
Take away their vehicles when they are caught for their second offense. Make them uninsurable for three years, and make public transportation more readily available for people.
No one ever said the constitution gave a one a right to drive drunk, or to drive a car at all if one is a menace to society in it.
As far as someone sticking a needle in me ??? Well I would sue them until the cows came home. Ya better take me to a medical facility and have a qualified medical practioner due that !!!! -
