I understand cynicism, where the middle-east is concerned. However, eventually things have to be worked out and agreed upon. This can only happen if dialogue is taking place.

I am aware of all the sneaky agendas, that both sides will be working out, even as I type this. What else is there?to keep on bombing, rocketing by both sides and settlements slowly taking away, what should be the new Palestinian state. If you believe in the two state solution,or even a genuine single state shared by all people, what other step, except dialogue, can be taken? -

How is there going to be peace when all of the Muslim organizations like Hamas have as their ONLY ACCEPTABLE solution to destroy Israel, kill ALL of the Jews, and institute sharia law in the whole region. Keep in mind that the example of Muhammad is the path that Muslims follow. He signed a mutual 10 year treaty with three tribes of Jews in Yathrib (Medina). Within four years he drove out two and the third he beheaded the men and made slaves out of the rest of the tribe. He made a 10 year peace treaty with Mecca and in 2 years he showed up outside the city with an army of 10,000 warriors. This was the start of his convert or be attacked taking of the Arabian Peninsula. The Quran states that "War is deceit." A Muslims word means nothing when they deal with those they consider the enemy. All non Muslims are the enemy.

Don't fall for it, Israel. Muhammadans say Quran 3:28 is NOT about not being able to take non-Muhammadans as friends, but, not being able to take them a POLITICAL friends. And, Quran 9:1-5 allows Muhammadans to dissolve peace treaties.

Why is it that if there is an article ,with just a hint of hope about it,all the doomsayers act disappointed. They prefer to rub there hands together and predict more blood.?What isn't understood,is the more people that see pain and war as the way things will go,the more it becomes a self fulfilling prophesy

It isn't just a question of Islam, but all the conventional religions are divisive.Just read anything Mutania writes,it's full of hatred and spleen, for anyone that doesn't conform to his/her theo-idiocracy. -

I believe we protest too much.We need to let Israel tend to their business, and work on getting our country back on track. The minute we step back, and leave the refugees from all over the middle east, who have taken up residence around Israel, and the threat from Iran we will be better off.As of right now the United States is protecting Iran, and they are laughing out their ass at us.The minute we tell The Israelis Iran is your baby now,we will see a new attitude in the region.I wish North Korea had someone they feared.
