If this guy were a republican, the DOJ would be out to crucify him. Seeing that he is one of Obama's buds, he's getting away with it.-

Having lived in NM for a few recent years, I observed Bill Richardson as being very heavy handed, and was amazed at the power of his connections. This makes me skeptical, feeling that being cleared had less to do with whatever really transpired and everything to do with his alliances in D.C.
