So people are upset that conservative talk show hosts and commentators are speaking the truth??? These are not lies about Kennedy. They are reflecting on the truth and not making a saint out of him like some who love liberalism are.

My parents taught me not to "speak ill of the dead" meaning ascribing motives to them but one CAN comment on their philosophies, deeds and goals as well as the outcome and impact of their lives. And in the face of lies told about this man there needs to be a response. To say "he never was abusive to his opponents or those whose political philosophy opposed his or would hinder his agenda" is laughable and should be called for what it is with the true facts. They are lying about him. He was a down in the trenches dirty fighter.

I stand amazed that one can say "he was for the little people" when he did not respect individuals with whom he worked and with whom he socialized. AND I mean the poor girl he killed. If he really cared for the "little people" he would not have accepted a cover up of his crime!!! He fought for abortion "rights" and look at the damage that does to people and to our society.

I agree with another commentator "he fought to destroy many values held dear by most average Americans including dearly held family values."
