South African Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has publicly rebuked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statement that the Holocaust teaches the Jewish state it should always defend itself, insisting instead that it can never get security through fences, walls and guns.

Tutu sounds like a Muhammadan terrorist guilt remover himself. Taqqiya is very believable, apparently.

If the Arabs would put down their weapons, there would be peace.
If the Jews put down their weapons, there would be no Jews.

Tutu, in rebuking Netanyahu clearly prefers the latter.

Give no quarter to anyone that "...comes for the Jews..." historically they are but the early and easy targets. Not only will your silence be morally bankrupt, but you are only a bit farther down their list. Jews tomorrow, you the day after!

A heavier stench of anti-semiteism is wafting about world capitols this year than I recall in a lifetime. What is the new element aiding and abetting this old, foul wind?

Desmond Tutu is a wise man. People would be smart to listen to him. Many won't.

I remember Tutu, saying "de West...can go...to hell!" In so doing, he wins a Muhammadan terrorist/Communist guilt remover award.

          Tutu? What does he know?

He's just some guy that sat and watched as his government oppressed and killed citizens that they deemed inferior, while no nation helped to stop the injustice.

He also saw one country aid in the injustice, and now he speaks against those current enemies of freedom and justice.

Tutu is a communist so why wouldn't he support Palestine and even Iran over Israel. Simple political bedfellows. Tutu should have to answer a lot of questions about what is going on in South Africa before giving advice to Israel.

Tutu always had a lot to say. I hope he is devoting his energies to the current rape crisis in South Africa.

              Pass Laws, Segregation....South Africa?
Fenced in Ghettos, ID checks....pre WWII Germany?
NO... the occupied territories and the Palestinian captives.
Have the Jews reverted to Nazi tactics?
What is the Jewish State's final solution for the Palestinians?

I really feel that Archbishop Tutu is being consistent with his message here. The walls did not work in South Africa, and they ultimately will not work in the Israel-Palestine dispute. What Israel is doing to the West Bank is exactly what was done in South Africa with the black "homelands". The main difference with the two situations is that South Africa had fewer fervent defenders than Israel does today.

So that old reprobate, Tutu is still around? I thought he had gone off some place to contemplate the meaning of his toes.

Desmond Tutu obviously doesn't know what he's talking about since the Arabs will never accept anything less than the extermination of Jews and the wall has reduced terrorist acts greatly. I wonder why Tutu is not known for condemning Ahmidinejad for wanting to nuke the Jews for the arabs for their terrorist acts. I think Tutu needs to retire.

The good Archbishop forgot to mention that WITHOUT fences, walls and guns Israel will be much less secure than WITH them.
