Idiot who wrote this article doesn't seem to understand that our bodies are composed of chemicals. That even Water (H2O) has an MSDS sheet. You can't just arbitrarily say that bad chemicals are now called "chemicals" and good chemicals are called "natural".

Total nonsense. Health Care reform starts with tort reform but the Democrats can't address tort reform because they get too much money every year from the trial lawyer PACs.-

I agree JohnBoyRed. This article has absolutely nothing to do with "health care reform" just some nuts feel good ideas. Although, I'm 98% sure the wacko who wrote this would impose his ideas on us all if he had the power. There is nothing more dangerous than a whacked out do good zealot who has all the answers.

however, having the govt mandate what people can and cannot buy in order to protect us all from bad choices.. well that is exactly the sort of overreaching govt control that the right is trying to scare us with the socialist boogeyman.
you think teflon is bad, make an alternative and sell it, give people a choice and advertise why yours is better.
I don't need the fed to tell me what it is okay for me to buy.

All these ideas are something that every person can do on their own without the intervention of a government agency. Unfortunately many people are going to make the wrong choices and in a free society there is nothing you can do about it.

For you boys on the right, torte reform is a different type of reform altogether. If you really want to be effective in curbing needless lawsuits maybe the insurance companies who usually end up as defendants in these fights should start fighting these lawsuits instead of just paying off the plaintiff because it's cheaper.
Health care reform is needed. We all need to come together and work for it instead of fighting each other the way we have been.
