Sarah Palin's Most Memorable TV Moments (VIDEO) »
Posted By TimALoftis 3 months, 1 week ago in Political OpinionVariations on the expression, "I can see Russia from my house," have become so common that it's hard to imagine it's only been a year since Sarah Palin catapulted onto the national scene when John McCain announced his decision to make her his running mate on August 29, 2008. Since then, the former Alaska governor has become one of the country's best-known politicians, consistently named one of the top three choices for Republican presidential candidate in 2012, an object of ridicule to some, and an easy punchline for late-night comics.

Sarah Palin is a mother, a wife, a ex-governor, an attractive woman and down to earth. That really creeps the liberals out. To them there is something obviously wrong with her. She is not elite. She makes lunch for her brood. She never looks harried. She always smiles. She is stuck on God. She must be plastic.

Poor libs, they just don’t dare like her. She is everything they fear. This hardworking person who has a strong sense of responsibility and tells it like it is must be ground into the dirt.-

Sarah Palin is not how you are making her out. First she flopped around to 5 different colleges. That tells you whenver she didn't like something she just quit. She took advantage of an angry electorate in Alaska. She quickly tired of issues in Alaska if it involved brain power or didn't benefit her step up. Then she quit the same Alaskans when the going got tough.

She tried to have her sister's ex-husband fired during a custody battle. Abused her power. There are over a dozen ethics investigations. She built the bridge to nowhere on pork funds then later tried to say she was against it when it became unpopular. She looted Neimans then reluctantly gave back some of the clothes that were paid with campaign funds.
She got caught speeding whenever they asked her a serious question on TV. Tina Fey didn't even have to change 1 word on the interview with Katie Couric. She just said whatever crossed her mind. It wasn't the media. It was her lack of understanding or intellectual curiosity. It wasn't liberals or (hilariously) what you think. -

hey alanocu, didn't watch any of the videos? how about the one where she shows up on SNL, what a good sport she was, do you really think she needs anal retentive sour pusses defending her? come on, if anything she does have a good sense of humor, too bad you don't share that.

Sarah...wow! she's a character, I love her! she's made me laugh more then any other politician and even more then a lot of comedians have!! she's good for many things but yeah... not as a political leader and I would be afraid if she was. I highly doubt that fear will ever come to life tho.
