    Good article SC, I'am not over weight far from it, but I do take medication to controle my high blood presure, when I was in my 20's I used to have what they call a mitral valve prolaps and from then after I am still on the medication Atenolol 50mg, I no longer have the valve problem but have developed high blood presure.

      My grandfather had a stroke he had High blood pressure but he was a thin person.
