    All2fun--Chamberlain was leader of the UK Conservative Party,as well as a poor prime minister.
    I think the main thing that Latin American people want,is control over their own resources.When the military dictators run South America,they were very quick to give the rights to their nations resources, to America,Japan and Europe.Just so they could fill their own coffers.
    I don't think South America has turned to the left out of any feelings of sympathy with Obama,he is seen as being a centrist,both in Latin America and Europe.

    I see Oliver Stone and Sean Penn are suffering from the same mental disorder. It's scary to see how far over the deep end people can go.
