"I know it is a long way off, but thinking about the elections in 2010, if the election for U.S. Congress were held today, would you vote for the Democratic candidate or the Republican candidate in your district where you live?"
Dem 42%
Rep 34%
other/not voting/unsure 5%/7%/12%
and if you look at the real pollsters that conduct their polls all the same way (which is not rasmussen), you'll see that the GOP hasn't gone up over time, but the dems are losing favor.
which means the cons still aren't doing anything right, but that the dems can't get their sh*t together.-

reps dont have to do anything right. Sadly, they just have to keep letting the dems hang themselves. It would be nice if they actually did something positive, offered something of interest. Alas we look to be stuck with vanilla at best...obama at worst

Now I'm fantasizing about a 65 R Senate and a 450 R house.

The true libs will rule again. Lower taxes, cut back on government (that's true liberalism) and watch America prosper. Conservatives are the true liberals because they want to relieve average americans of the burden of oppressive Government. Our current "Obamanation" of an administration is working very hard to achieve exactly the opposite. -
