Conservatives Protest Obama's Nefarious Plot to Have Schoolchildren Learn Things in School »
Posted By Tumultuous 2 months, 3 weeks ago in Political NewsIf there is anybody out there who still doesn't believe that the conservative media will attack President Obama no matter what he does, consider this: Right-wingers are telling children to skip school as a protest against Obama's encouragement of students to stay in school.
I know, I know. You think I'm kidding. Or exaggerating. That I'm caricaturing the conservatives' position in order to make them look ridiculous.

How dare Obama indoctrinate American children in valuing their education, staying in school and doing their best. Next thing you know he'll tell them that with a good education more pathways open to higher paying careers and a better understanding about coping in a complex society.

The GOP is screaming because they are relying on the stupidity of future voters to vote for them! The dumber the rich and powerful can keep the masses, the better they like it. They can lie cheat and steal and the dumba$$es will love them for it. Just look at Faux News, Limbaugh, etc.! What is alarming is that there is still about 25% of Americans that actually that dumb!

I know of one in Maryland. I went to back to school night with my daughter last night to meet her teachers and there was this guy grilling the teacher about Obama's speech. "We don't know what he is going to say" and "surely it's prerecorded were can we see it before hand so we can pre approve it? He was saying as I walked in the door. The teacher told him that he needed to speak with the principal about it. What idiot!! I just can't believe the uproar this is causing.

Parents having the audacity to control their kids' education! THE NERVE!!!!
Reply
Remember back when Elian Gonzalez helped liberals discover their novel, temporary belief in parental autonomy? Autonomy denied parents under Cuba's Law Of The Child?
Now they think they're fooling us anew. Sure. You betcha.-

The sad truth is, parents who oppose this have no idea who is teaching their children in the first place. How many times have you heard of a sexual predator, drug user teachers being arrested? Yet, the most intelligent President this country has ever had, with the parents (Republican rhetoric), it tells me we are still dealing with racism in this country. It's so sad, aren't we smarter than that yet?

Take a few minutes to read the lesson plans sent from Washington before you buy into the harmless 'peas and carrots' business. Telling the children to read what Obama has written is past egotistical. How about reading from past Presidents instead of a person of questionable history who's spent most of his adult life as as an agitator/community organizer?

Today during the a.m. announcements the Principal at hubby's high school addressed the school and told them that the President of the United States would be speaking to them on Tuesday so make appropriate arrangements for the class time.

If there is anybody out there who still doesn't believe that the liberal leftist media will defend President Obama no matter what he does, consider this: Left-wingers are telling children to attend school and believe every word of Obama's encouragement of students to join his fourth reich and later become part of his youth groups and civilian police force.

Everyone who is honest knows that Obama's speech is not at issue, because he hasn't released his speech yet. It is supposed to be released on Labor Day, when everyone is NOT listening.
Reply
The issue is his suggested "lesson plans" for the students and teachers. Look them up. Not the new ones, the original ones that started the controversy.
You can bet your life his speech has been rewritten along with his lesson plans.
Obama is a world-class, liberal, ideological rhetorician and it would be extremely unusual for the public not to question his motivation for speaking to school kids.
I predict Obama will dance around the edges of calling for kids to support all of his programs. He will couch it in vague terms but it will be there.
