Thank you so much for posting, I believe it was you, Senor Coconut that also posted that most single people suffer from insomnia. For me this is so true, I can't sleep for years and the time that I could sleep was when I was with a gentleman ... I say this, because he could not sleep. I was so at peace, safe, cozy - I think I snored. He never said a word.

One of the contributors to my high blood pressure is interrupted sleep at night due to a noisy teenager whose bedroom is over mine in the private house where I live. This kids awakes at 2 or 3 each morning, walking back and forth, opening and closing doors, drawers, and windows, rolling around on his bed which creaks. I lie awake for at least two hours before falling back to sleep and by then it's time to get up for work. My only solution is to move, as this kid as slight autism and battling him is impossible.
