OK, and Twitter can't find a way to monetize its service, because ... ? It's unfortuante, because every time I turn around there's a new use for Twitter. This time, 70-year-old Monna Cleary's children followed her surgery, all the way from anesthesia to the recovery room, 140 characters (or less) at a time.
