Fall is almost here. The GOP is getting a jump on the season with an early harvest of "nuts." The nuts will be gathered in DC by Fox news and Glen Beck and corporate America.

Today right-wing "protesters" will gather in Washington, DC for a march to oppose: President Obama, health reform, President Obama, "corruption," President Obama , the conversion to a socialist style government, President Obama, demand evidence that Obama is an American citizen and President Obama.

Did I mention they would protest, their words, "President Obama".

this reminds me of the CNN reporter Roesberg who was caught intentionally misrepresenting the voice. They only recorded polarized signs from the crowds. Watch the video here, for a refresher:

This is just more of the same tactics that were employed against the people on 4/15.

It's easy to dismiss this as "right wing", or "astroturf" or malign these people as "whack jobs", but to underestimate, or misunderstand these people would be a serious wrong. There IS a movement underway, from the "right" and the "left".

I can't wait until it all picks up some good steam!

    tadair919,

I've watched the video you'd posted. It still shows a group of angry people. It's still just about taxes. Where were these people during the ramp-up to the Iraq war? Weren't they concerned then about the debt that would have to be paid by their grandchildren? Where were they when the bank bailouts were discussed? I don't remember any tea parties then.

(This was supposed to be a response to tadair919; I don't know why it appears as a stand-alone comment.)
