'Tea Party' Photo: False Image Spread By Anti-Reform Activists »
Posted By Aidenag 2 months, 1 week ago in Political NewsOver the weekend, conservatives enthusiastically passed around a photo they said showed a huge crowd protesting President Barack Obama's policies during the "tea party" demonstration on Sept. 12, 2009. The only problem is that the photo was taken over a decade ago during the Promise Keepers 1997 rally...

Yeah, that's a liberal for you.

So when you protested Bush, it was ok.
But when people protest you, their morons.
Gotta love that "bi-partisan" spirit of mature discourse...

Oh yeah? Well I heard from the fringe that over 10 BILLION people attended the march.
Reply
What, you say there's not even 10 billion people in the world? That's just what the "liberal" media wants you to think! ;)
This silliness is kinda fun once you completely let go of the truth. I wonder what photoshopped photos of the "humongous" march we'll see tomorrow? -

Any so called political party that has to rely on lies, over and over again, to push it's agenda is something that is a danger to democracy and this country and should be eliminated..
Reply
This is not the republican party, this is some strange entity that has morphed out of the religious right and the P.N.A.C. and hijacked the republican name.-

This one picture was first called out by other conservatives when it started being floated around.
Reply
There were still a couple of hundred thousand out there on Saturday and thousands more across the country. The numbers don't matter as much as the fact that these are people who have never been moved to protest before.
Ignore them at your own peril. Actually, please ignore them. It will make your defeat that much sweeter.-

Well all I can say is the number used by the tea baggers show why the economy is always in danger when the conservatives are in charge.
It is obvious ya inflate certain numbers to make things look like they are in your favor and discount other numbers that show how wwrong ya are !!!!!!!
Hahahahahahahaaaaahahhaaaaa !!!!!!!!

This is ridiculous nonsense. That photo was only one of about 20 that were shown and most of them were taken from cell phone cameras at the event itself. To try to minimize this event is to be the one to lie. This was a huge crowd whether it was 500,000 or 2 million. The point is this is only the beginning and this is only the tip of the iceberg. We will be coming back again and again to make our voices heard until we get the party that will spend us into oblivion, destroy our national defense, ruin our fine health care system, and continue the Chicago style thug politics out of Washington.

That's right libiots, try to ignore the huge up swell of discontent from all these 'angry mobsters". Try to make the numbers smaller, try to pick out the crazy ones. You are contributing to your own demise in 2010 and certainly in 2012. Obama won't even be in the running. He will not make it out of the primary. It will probably be Hillary

How did he beat Mrs. Clinton in the first place? He is either listening too much to the radicals in his party or is completely inept!
I'll give him this, he can sure shoot funny barbs at the competition. I'll never forget when Clinton was campaigning for the gods & guns crowd in Pennsylvania he quiped "Who does she think she is, Annie Oakley" that cracked me up! -

Again.
Why is it always panties?
Why in a 'wad'?
Are you picturing liberals in lingerie twisting themselves in
strange positions?
Do you do this as a mental trick to avoid shyness,
like speakers imagining the audience naked?
Or are you just one of those people on the internet
we aren't supposed to be talking to?
You be the judge.
But don't tell us the verdict because we already know
and we aren't supposed to be talking to you. -

We are not arguing the size.
We are pointing out that they are lying about the size.
But you were correct;
- the important thing should been that 70,000 americans came to
a political ralley. Pity conservatives torpedoed their own victory;
there is probably a moral there.

I don't know if there was a million people there, but there was a heck of a lot more than the media is stating. Check out these photos. http://strata-sphere.com/blog/index.php/archives/1...

Now, let me understand this. First Mr Kibbe, the march organizer and spokesperson for Freedom Works claims that ABC has estimated the crowd at 1.5 mil and is later proven to have lied. Then right wing pundits and blogs circulate a photo of a crowd that is quickly proven to have been fraudulent. Then an unofficial spokesperson for the Washington Fire department says the crowd was 60 to 70 thousand. Now you come up with photos off of some blog and want us to believe that the Washington FD and almost all media sources are lying about the crowd size. How can you possibly be that stupid? You're as dumb as Mannix.

The Michelle Malkin web site linked to a live image of the scene. It's a false photograph that the filth are circulating in their DanRatherian attempt to discredit the 9/12 Tea Party.
Reply
Malkin even has a link to a web site put out by the park service to estimate crowd size.
The evidence is indisputable that a crowd approaching and perhaps exceeding 1 million gathered on 9/12 at The Mall.
All the filth have to do to see the truth of the matter is to pull their head out of the dank, dismal fetid darkness of the body cavity into which they've all collectively inserted it.
However, in their defense, allow me to point out that they weren't likely to do anything resembling "constructive" with their heads anyway. -
