    This just makes sense. I had Bell's Palsy a few years ago. My HMO doctor insisted I go to the emergency room for an MRI because she wanted to make sure I hadn't had a stroke. Though if she had let me come to her office and examined me it could have saved several hundred dollars but I guess it keeps them from being sued.
