Perry must have forgotten that he balanced Texas' books with Barack Obama's stimulus bill -- to the tune of $12 billion. You know, the bill that bailed us out of the Texas-sized mess Perry's Texan predecessor got the country in. It must have also slipped his mind that he used those "irresponsible" and "immoral" federal funds to fix his house.

    All the states should take the stimulas money because the people in all the states are going to be taxed for it anyway. Just dont take any with strings attached that will raise the state taxes to pay for it in continued programs. Smart man
