In a follow up post on YouTube, Minch stated that Bank of America has agreed to reduce her rate.

Consider that most people today who pay their bills on time see an APR around 18%, and it's a minor victory.

Frankly I think everyone in America should stop paying their credit bills until Card companies agree to a 10% cap for anyone who's paid their bills on time for 6 months or more.
