I started drinking at a very young age and pretty heavy too. I am now 56 and I haven't had much to drink in the last 10 years. So I guess I do have a drinking problem. I can't seem to drink enough anymore. Water and tea is about it anymore. What happened to that theory now.

Drank my mother's Gin and Tonics from age three/four,(left in the refrigerator after she took a sip and started to make dinner, and went into the living room to read the evening news-yes I'm 56 ) wine with the family at dinner from five, and have no problems (nor do the rest of my brothers and sisters who were older under the same supervision). In college I was the only one of my dorm mates who didn't binge.
