The NEA, The White House, The Lies and The Cover-Up »
Posted By pc25 3 months ago in Political NewsBig Hollywood today reveals the extensive proof that shows the White House used the National Endowment for the Arts to push a political agenda favorable to President Obama. But it gets worse: the Administration lied about it, and tried to cover it up.
You already know the background: an NEA spokesman participated in a conference call designed to encourage artists to further Obama’s legislative agenda. This was revealed back in August at Big Hollywood. What is new today is the full transcript of the call — and how clearly the NEA was involved in urging artists to propagandize for Obama.

Hummmmm...............Artists for The 0 Man.
Reply
Well Hitler and Stalin had their artists to promote their socio-political agendas.
I'm kinda out of my depth here but shouldn't artists go create and or do art instead of political posters and catch phrases?
Or are they saying 0Bama is art?-

starting on page 8 of the included document Mike Skolnik admits that he had been contacted by the White House and the NEA to bring together the independent artists community from around the country. That the ones on the phone call were selected for a reason, that they are the thought leaders, the ones to tell the country and the young people SORT of what to do, and what to be into, and what's cool and whats not call.........and on and on and on it goes for 49 pages. Hey mentions the President and his agenda his first 200 days in office, what he promised during the campaign and that they would be able to create a climate to help push the President's initiatives....
the stimulus money hard at work to help promote, and push the President's radical agenda, and to present it in such a way to the country and in particular to the young as hip and cool, and what is correct to think....GEE SOUNDS LIKE REEDUCATION CAMPS
Propaganda plain and simple........

Bush & Cheney helped bring down the towers and kill over 3,500 Americans so they could go into Iraq and steal all their untapped oil. In the process they killed at least 600,000 Iraqis ans displaced over a million.

Big Oil Ready for Big Gamble in Iraq
BAGHDAD -- Next week, Iraqi officials plan a welcome-back party for Big Oil.
The government intends to auction off oil contracts to foreign companies for the first time since Iraq nationalized its oil industry more than three decades ago. If all goes according to plan in the first round, foreign oil companies will move in to help Iraq revive production at six developed fields that have suffered from years of war and neglect.
seem like the Iraqi people are auctioning off those oil contracts. Yep the petro dollars are just flooding into the pockets of Bush and Cheney........yeah it's going to take humdreds of millions to get those fields flowing again after years of war and neglect. -

Isn't this the same story you posted earlier pc25? Knowingly Double-posting stories is a violation of ToS right? Especially when you're the one who posted the first one, duplicates are only forgivable when two seperate people do it unknowingly, isn't that right?

I see you cant refute the points as usual.....one story was the transcript and the audio of that conversation, an analysis of it. The other is the direct connection to the White House, and the White house trying to distance itself from that phone call, it's lies and it's cover ups.A rather lame, inept, attempt to deflect and distract from the points in the story........Alinsky rules......attack by any means necessary and try to marginalize and diffuse the situation, change the subject and lead the discussion away from the topic. Your handlers did a good job in brainwashing you.

a non-story.

if anything, this is really about the right attacking funding for the arts. which is SOP for the cons.
if Obama and the white house had forced artists into doing anything, that would be substantive. but since the artists were firmly behind Obama beforehand, already endorsed obama's agenda, and seemed glad to pitch in, its a non-story.
when you have proof that artists were denied funding due to their political leanings, then you might have a story.
until then, this is just more crap from orlytaitz25.-

What the story here is that this administration is using it's power to push it's agenda in usually non-political groups. We are just learning of this group, how many others are being persuaded the same way?
