The document posted on the snopes website is NOT Obama's original 1961 birth certificate. It is a certification of live birth, a shortened version that does not list the place of birth, the hospital, or the doctor’s name. Take a closer look at it. The typeface is Ariel, which was not invented until the early 1980’s.

According to 1961 Hawaiian law, a citizen who gave birth overseas could register the child's birth in Hawaii within one year. Also, consider that Obama's mother was underage. Therefore, his father would have conferred his British/Kenyan citizenship on Barack.
Another issue: Obama lived in Indonesia as a boy. He was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen who married Barack's mother. Indonesia did not allow for dual citizenship, which means that Obama must have given up his American citizenship (if he ever had it).
And why won't Obama release his college records? Perhaps because he was registered as a foreign student?-

Hogwash! A citizen is a citizen regardless of age.
The law states that any child born within the borders of the United States is a natural born US citizen, unless their parents specifically request otherwise.
"Indonesia did not allow for dual citizenship, " All that means is that Indonesia would not have recognized the dual citizenship. The US still would.

Why did Americans elect someone who was already ashamed of America? I'll still be asking that question til the day I die. Every clue there is points to his non-U.S. citizenship and it has done so since before the election. The more I think about it, the more I think there was a heck of a lot more hanky panky than we know about in that "election".

Well, personally, I don't think President Obama is ashamed of America. All I've ever heard him say is that he is ashamed of some of the things done in the name of America.
I feel the same way. There have been times when I felt shame for my country. I still happen to think America has done many more wonderful things than bad things, but I don't see the point of ignoring the bad, when it happens. In fact, I think the opposite is true - it's only by honestly examining our actions, and correcting them when wrong, that we live up to the ideals we all hold dear.

The One called President Obama is actually a shape-shifting alien from the planet Zebulon 5. There isn't a birth certificate because they don't believe in those things on Zeb (as the Pres calls his homeworld). There aren't any college records because the Zebulonians actually learn by osmosis, which is why being on the job is the best way for President Obama to learn. As we now know, the Zebulonians were responsible for 9/11 knowing that good, decent Americans like the last real President (George W. Bush) would believe that a bunch of guys living in caves in the mountains of Afghanistan were responsible for the killing of 3000 Americans. This would lead to the invasion of Iraq (which was a great thing) which in turn would lead to public outcry which in turn would lead to the election of the first alien President of the United States.

when clinton was president the right went after him with everything they had, they spent a lot of money on going after clinton. in fact, the cons spent MUCH more on investigating clinton than they spent on investigating 911.

I read where one of these leftist jerks made a statement of ,"wait until we make changes to the constitution".Just how would one go about that.Is there hint that he/she believes Obama will remain president for more than the standard allotted time,or was his mind was just rambling,and someone wrote it down.The constitution can only be amended for a single purpose ,it can't be changed wholesale to satisfy a leader,and his worshipers who might want to change the flag by replacing the stars with a hammer,and cycle,and maybe remove the white stripes.How many senators senate votes does it take,how many states does it take to ratify an amendment.I know Obama is steering this nation hard left,but he's starting bog down.I can hear the echo of Paul Revere crying out in the night, "The Kooks are Coming".

NO ONE has yet come up with a REASON why The Barry would be spending tons of money trying to keep his long form birth certificate, school records, etc. OUT of a public courtroom. WHY would he be doing that? Come up with a reasonable explanation for THAT and MAYBE I'll rethink the whole thing. If you CAN'T come up with a good reason, maybe YOU should re-think. Would YOU spend a million bucks on lawyers to keep YOUR birth certificate out of the public record? Why would he? ESPECIALLY since he is the one who has a Constitutional requirement that he MUST fulfil. If you don't think that smells funny, there is something wrong with your nose and/or brain. His race has absolutely nothing to do with it. Except that his father's origin calls his place of birth and native citizenship into question.
