For years Traficant was an embarrassment to the Democrat Party and probably to the bureaucracy - he spoke his mind and frequently strayed from the fold. At the time I wondered if he had been railroaded. This article doesn't prove anything, but it explains some things to me and if he was actually framed, I do hope he will pursue restitution. If he was framed, I hope those who did the framing will be found guilty and receive the same sentence as he did and then some because a frame is far worse than a bribe.
